I have been dying to try Elana's beet hummus recipe since I have seen so many people talk about it. THe color of it in Maggie's photo looks stunning! And that beet zucchini pizza of Melissa's looks like a crazy fun combination of flavors! And yes, I do agree that Wendy's pictures look amazing! I have been on a total beet kick lately (especially the golden ones), so I am also totally anxious to try Heidi's beet salad that you made. It looks so awesome (plus I am a total sucker for goat cheese). By the way, I saw that Wendy mentioned you were dealing with vomiting and fevers. My 3year old just went through that this morning.
