Ugh! That makes me sad. We are moving closer to that one, and I really liked the crust at the one in San Rafael. Bummer!

Gaspare's in San Francisco doesn't do a gluten-free crust. It is just the San Rafael location--i called and checked. I'm close to the SF location, and got all excited. Damn.

I love Still Riding for doing a GF crust, but honestly don't like the crust itself at all. I'll have to make a special trip, a house-made crust would be nice for a change.

Gaspare's was great. I was hoping to talk about it at the meeting, but I didn't make it since I got sick. I think the crust is better at Gaspare's. It tastes like a homemade crust. And it crunches on the crust, like it is supposed to. I hope this helps. Go and enjoy!

What exciting news about Gaspare's new menu!!! How does their in-house crust compare to the Still-Riding GF Pizza crust that Mary's Pizza Shack, Extreme Pizza, and Amici's uses? I like the Still-Riding crust, but it's kind of lame that they only offer it in one size. Plus, I loved Gaspare's pizza before I went GF. This makes me happy!
