I've had the gluten free version a few weeks and have made the caramel cake with caramel frosting and the banana muffins. Have alot of little bookmarks for things on my to-make list!! Marshmallow frosting, not too sweet. Mmmmm. I sure miss the moisture of gluten baking, the dryness can get annoying. Been playing with doctoring things up on my own, some success. I love to bake, that is my favorite cooking method. It has become a very expensive venture! I keep at it though because so many people have happy tummies. :) Devils Food, hands down. Marshmallow frosting, not too sweet. Mmmmm.
