Even raw enthusiasts don’t make things with 100% raw ingredients! (vanilla, soy sauce, etc.), so these most definitely fit the bill. And wowzah, do they ever look delicious! (And I am still giggling at “HE double hockey sticks”–you are a riot!).

Raw enough for me! Both recipes look delicious! I’m a raw newbie myself, just experimenting for the month of April for April in the Raw. And I can’t tell you how glad I am that Raw Cacao exists!

Love you, Tia! Never stop being you … I want to be entertained like this every time I read a post. Awesome cookies, too. I’ve used almond flour (and honey) for raw pie crusts before and find it phenomenal for the task. I’ve even used the same pie crust for other pies just because I love it so much.
