Since seeing you were also a participant in Detox January- I have been meaning to come check out your site! Today I finally got to it and yum!! These biscuits seriously stood out to me!

Thanks Iris, I will try those out, they look yummy,I really miss homemade cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning after going gf,my kids will love waking up to the smell of cinnamon rolls on christmas again

Sahirah, This actually wouldn’t work well for cinnamon rolls. It’s more hearty and dense when you want something light and fluffy for cinnamon rolls. If you’re looking for something more traditional, I’ve made this recipe from Ellen of I Am Gluten Free and it’s really good:

Hi Wendy,

I also loved her word. That was a great post to read. And, I really want to make these biscuits. Iris is great. I was really happy she was able to do this.

As far as moving my blog, #1 – It is easier to move from wordpress.com to a host-yourself wordpress. They make it easy for a reason. #2 – The Big Man wanted to learn how to build websites, so this was the plan from the beginning. I only did the dot com one because I wanted to start writing. It was only supposed to be a month or two. Instead of nine.

I loved Iris’ definition, too. That’s how I always thought of it. I get confused when people make ham or something.
